Building

Leading engineering at JobLeap (since May 2024, tech lead since October 2025), a shift marketplace for healthcare: owning the architecture, standardizing how the team builds with AI, and shipping what moves the numbers.

Also building Pandacorp, the AI factory behind this site, and this site itself.

Writing

Posts on AI-orchestrated workflows: the honest version of how I actually use AI to ship faster, with the trade-offs left in.

Learning

Going deep on agentic coding loops: how far I can push planning, codegen and self-review before a human has to step back in. Equal parts exciting and humbling.

Where I am

Based in Lima, Peru, working comfortably across the time zones of a distributed team. Open to the right problems, the kind worth owning end to end.
