What I'm doing now

I lead engineering at JobLeap, where we build a healthcare shift marketplace. I joined in May 2024 and became tech lead in October 2025. I look after the architecture, help the team establish how we build with AI, and develop features that improve the product.

I'm also building Pandacorp, the software factory I use to direct AI development, and this site.

I write posts about how I use AI to build software: what helps, what goes wrong and what I learn along the way.

I'm exploring how AI agents plan, write code and review their own work. I want to understand how far they can go and where a person needs to step in. It is exciting, and it keeps challenging my assumptions.

I'm based in Lima, Peru, and work with teams across time zones. I'm open to working together on a problem I can help take through to working software.
